GoogleWe found dealing with Mi Home to sell our home quite stressful. They have no idea how to value a property, overpriced ours by 10k, and several we viewed we're overpriced also. When our house was up for sale we had numerous calls in a day to both me and my wife from different people, none knowing what the other had called for - very disorganised and wasted time. They allowed people to have second viewings during Covid who then put in offers lower than we'd already had. When we then sold they seemed to forget who's estate agent they were and worked more in favour of our buyer than ourselves. Will never use again.

GooglePicked up my keys today for apartment, in all the properties ever bought, ever, came away really upset with the dirty state its been left in, I killed myself for an early completion date for that ??? Wont be in for Christmas now, totally disheartened and ruined what should be a happy day. Previous tenants should be ashamed

Lisa and everyone at Mi Home were far more helpful than our estate agents, they even offered to phone people ( and did) regarding our sale which wasn't going through with them. Just wish we'd known how great the team is before we marketed our sale with another estate agents not a million miles from Mi home office. Dear Helen, Thank you for your recent review, unfortunately in the past year we have seen a drastic change in the housing market due to the increased mortgage rates, any valuations provided over 12 months ago would be very different now given todays market.
