Slater Hogg & Howison Kirkcaldy reviews

Wow, what a difference!! We're relocating back into Fife from England and dealt with quite a few agents & have to say that Louise in Kirkaldy office was very efficient and so on the ball compared to the others. Knew her (their) properties and pulled out the stops so that we could view a property that day-as we were sitting in the car park of the hotel on our way home to Norfolk. This is after a week or more of being let down or dealing with lack lustre competitors. We viewed, loved and offered and are absolutely delighted that the offer was accepted.

The Sales Consultants at Slater Hogg and Howison work really hard to ensure the buyer’s experience is as first class as the individuals who choose to market their homes with them. I found Sarah in the Kirkcaldy office especially helpful and friendly. Always on the case ensuring I have all the up to date information I need; yet never pressurising with regards to organising a viewing. In a seller’s market, Slater Hogg and Howison are one of the few Estate Agents who make that extra time for potential buyers; always responding quickly to requests for information / advice. Thank you for an excellent service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have been both a buyer and seller with Slater Hogg & Howison and have had a fantastic experience both times. As a seller I had almost 30 viewers and was sold within a week. I have vowed this is the last time I will move, but if I do, I will 100% be a returning client. Huge thanks to the Kirkcaldy team for putting up with my never ending questions, phone calls and emails. You are all stars! Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I'd used Slater Hogg before to sell a property for me in Glenrothes which they did in four days so naturally I had no hesitation in returning to the firm when it was time to sell a property I had in Kirkcaldy. Once again the service I received was outstanding and despite the fact we were in the middle of a global pandemic, the Kirkcaldy branch staff secured a sale of the property within three weeks at the Home Buyer Report Valuation Figure. I was kept fully informed at all stages of the process either by phone call or email. The staff were a pleasure to do business with and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. I will be telling all my friends and family what a great job Slater Hogg Kirkcaldy did for me. Amazing people and fantastic customer service. A very Merry Christmas to you all and all the very best for 2021.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Just sold my property in Kirkcaldy and Slater Hogg & Howison were absolutely fantastic from the initial meeting to sale completion. The team are very friendly, always happy to help and most importantly managed to find a buyer within two weeks. Their fees are also very competitive. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone who is planning to sell a property in Kirkcaldy. :-)

Absolutely delighted with the service we received from Slater Hogg Kirkcaldy. Rodger and Douglas the valuers were excellent! The girls in the office Sarah, Julie and Linda are lovely. Ive never dealt with a company who are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. As a couple with a 3 month old baby we dreaded the stress of selling our property. But all the staff at Slater Hogg made it a stress free process. Our property sold in 5 days! The second property in our family this year to sell in less than a week. They are fabulous! We will always recommend to others.

We got our new family home through Slater Hogg and Howison Kirkcaldy and we can't recommend them enough. They were very fast and efficient, kept us in the loop the whole way through the process and were very fast an answering all our questions. They even put together a really nice "new home essentials" package which was a great wee extra touch. Thank you

My wife and i both sold and bought a house using the KDY branch of SH&H. The service provided from initial contact by telephone, Gavin's expert valuation and product knowledge, The girls in the office being so professional and pleasant through to Terry's essential help with buying a house made this stressful period so much more manageable for us, We both would like to thank them all for everything they did, They really are a formidable team and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone who requires help with buying or selling a house. We listed our home and bought another through Slater Hogg in their Kirkcaldy branch. This young dynamic team are really professional, very upbeat and extremely kind and helpful. They took us through every aspect of our sale starting with really professional photos of our property, expertly detailed description and then on to the sale itself with constant support from all of the staff, the actual offer on our property came in two days after listing.... We also bought our next home through them which is testament to their care and professionalism. They were at all times supportive and always had answers and solutions for any questions or worries that we had. We can't recommend them highly enough. Proceed with confidence!!

First time selling a house and Slater Hogg & Howison were so helpful. From Rodger coming out to the property to value, happy to help with any questions I asked about the process. To Louise and the girls in the office keeping me updated about viewings, interest and finally Tony showing people around the property. They made the whole process as seamless and easy as possible and couldn't thank them all enough.PositiveProfessionalism

I went to Slater Hogg &Howison in Kirkcaldy when I wanted to sell my property , after being extremely impressed by their sales agent who had previously shown me some properties. I am happy to say the professionalism, knowledge of the market and absolute efficiency didn’t stop there! From day one, they have kept me up to date at every step and after just one week, I know it won’t be long before it’s sold. These people give estate agents a good name.If you’re looking for someone to sell your property, don’t hesitate, they are head and shoulders above the rest !

We have just successfully sold two houses at the same time with Slater Hogg Glenrothes and obtained a written a offer on both properties on the same day within 10 days, fantastic! From start to finish the service and professionalism has been superb. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly efficient and dedicated to our sale. They have also gone the extra mile to deal with the purchase of our new home despite it being handled by a competitor, who I have to say were rude and very unhelpful to say the least. Can't fault anyone or anything and would be very happy to recommend the team to anyone thinking of selling, buying or even renting. First class service from first class people, what more you could you wish for.
