Excellent service from Slater Hogg Kirkcaldy as always. Staff were on the ball immediately and very friendly. Louise helped me complete a quick deal on a property I really wanted. All shop staff were friendly to chat too and very welcoming. I have purchased a couple of properties from Slater Hogg now and had a great experience both time. I would highly recommend the friendly team if you are buying or selling, the process throughout was made easy by the whole team who were very supportive. I received a lovely welcome pack when picking keys up as well which was very handy for anew home. Thanks again to Louise and the team at Slater Hogg.

We are in the process of selling our house through Slater Hogg in Kirkcaldy and we cannot recommend them enough. From the get go they have been excellent. We had our property on the market within 1 week of starting the process and they managed to find us a buyer within a week of being on the market. We dealt with Douglas initially for valuations and photographs and he was so professional and friendly. Once we got on the market we have dealt with Ann and Jade and the communication has been second to none. We have called a few times with different questions and nothing is ever too much trouble. Rates are very competitive and the staff will do whatever they can to help you. Could not recommend them enough.

Will never buy a house if Slater Hogg Kirkcaldy are the agents. Buying a new property isn’t exactly the easiest experience but Slater Hogg Kirkcaldy made the experience even worse. Never kept me updated or returned our calls, blunt and lack of interest on the phone when they did call us back. Even our Mortgage advisor made a complaint to Slater Hogg Kirkcaldy about the service they provided. We lost out on our dream property due to their lack of communications!.

Wow.. From expressing my interest in a property advertised by Slater Hogg & Howison Sales & Letting Agency Kirkcaldy at 9:30am yesterday morning, they were able to support me in arranging a virtual viewing at 1pm that day. They then helped me get a mortgage approval in principal in place, the offer then being passed to the seller and accepted, then arranging a solicitor to be able to finalise the offer in writing all by 2:30pm on the same day. This was all done remotely whilst I was out at work in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean which is nothing short of incredible. Has to be some kind of record surely..!! Probably the most professional team I have ever sold a property through. From beginning to end it has been a very pleasant experience. Roger has handled all my queries and set up with skill and speed. The photographer did an amazing job with the photos and video, very skilled. Louise has held my hand (albeit remotely) through arranging the viewings to the sale and kept me smiling throughout. Tony certainly exceeded all expectations on the 1st day of viewings, turned out we only needed the one day before it was sold! He didn't stop from morning till evening not even for a refreshment break...what a superstar. He's one of the best salesmen I have met and even dropped by the house to congratulate us on the sale. Julie is a force to be reckoned with and will ensure the process is totally pain free and will shield you from any unnecessary aggravation. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone as they all deserve a mention. From someone who is shielding and critically extremely vulnerable I can say I felt so well taken care of and protected throughout. They all went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and they kept me safe at all times. My property went on the market on a Friday evening and by Monday morning it was sold! Had 3 Estate agents out to value my property. 1 other large High St company and 1 internet based. From the first telephone call I had, to ask for a valuation I felt they sounded the more professional of the 3. All meetings were on time, every phone call answered quickly. I never felt they were rushing things or me. The speed they managed to get my house on the market from taking photos to being live on Rightmove was incredible. I accepted an offer on my property 72hrs after they had been in to take the photos and Slater Hogg managed to get me a fantastic offer which was 20K over what the internet based company told me was the ceiling price for my street. I had great service throughout my dealings with Slater Hogg, they regularly phoned me to let me know what steps were coming up next and to reassure me that all was still on track for the moving date as they were also in contact with my buyer. Describing homes as being in a quiet cul de sac, when there are commercial garages and car washes within 10 meters of the bedroom window? How many more lies are being told. I alone, took a look at premises this morning, only to find that the description doesn't match the reality of 9 Anderson St. Shame on you Mr "real" estate. Such a let down.
