GoogleI am a first time buyer who viewed a property that Slater Hogg (Kirkcaldy branch) were selling in Kirkcaldy. I was very impressed with the speed at responding to my queries and arranging viewings at short notice. I had a lot of contact with a sales consultant, Louise Lambert who would keep me up to date with the progress of my offer as well as keeping me in the loop about the status of an ESW1 report. I found her to be very responsive and helpful in all my dealings with her and the rest of the team in the office. I also obtained mortgage advice from Terry Ford who has been very helpful in terms of not just my mortgage but also setting up life insurance and critical illness cover. I found that he took his time to find the best deals on the market and went over and above the services of any other mortgage adviser (as this was my second meeting with a mortgage adviser).
