GoogleI have recently used , to find a new home closer to my work, I was quite hesitant as I've had bad experiences with other agents in the past, but from the first phone call to the day I moved in and more Belvoir has been amazing !, understanding my preferences and everything I was looking for in a home which is what I have found a home not a house, extremely professional, expedient and always there for any questions that I had, no hidden scary fees, everything laid out in a simple to follow method I can't fault Belvoir in any way 5* service starts to finish

GoogleMy husband and I visited in 2018, shortly after our wedding. The agency quickly grasped our rental preferences, and we received our key within two weeks. We were their clients for six years, and throughout that time, they were consistently kind and provided exceptional assistance whenever we encountered a problem. The staff were always helpful and readily addressed any concerns we raised.

GoogleHad a viewing recently, lady ‘showing’ the flat looked as if she was there by force and was not enthusiastic or chatty and just left us to wonder about by ourselves which I have never experienced with other agencies. This experience has completely put me off ever letting or buying with this agency. Just seemed very unprofessional compared to other agencies I’ve been with
Hi Dominika, I am so sorry to hear that your experience with Belvoir was not what you were expecting, I have tried to call you to discuss this further. In normal circumstances we would show you round each room in the property but in this instance other viewers turned up early and my colleague thought best to still answer the door as we did not want to be rude. We do aim to give the best customer service and can only apologise that you felt this was not delivered.

GoogleI would highly recommend Belvoir letting agents as I was renting out my own flat I was a first time landlord and the entire team were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about current legislation and regulations to adhere to that made the whole process straightforward from start to finish!
