Belvoir were fantastic managed to get me into the property fast, Hazel was fast and efficient with answering emails regarding a few issues in the 6 months of being a tenant. It’s just unfortunate that Belvoir didn't have any suitable accommodation available when I needed to find somewhere else or would have been happy to just stay within Belvoir. Visited the office to physically inform Hazel of incoming communication regarding a reference for a property I liked. Unfortunately Hazel wasn't in but Tracey dealt with the referencing immediately there and then when I managed to change the contact details.

I recently bought a property in Kirkcaldy to let out to a specific tenant who was in crisis and needed the rental agreement turned around very quickly. After an issue involving a leak in our ceiling, Tracey from Belvoir was incredibly helpful and dealt with our situation brilliantly and was very understanding. I visited the Kirkcaldy office in person to discuss the issues and she was very informative and made all the necessary calls and arrangements whilst I was with her. This wasn't one of those scenarios where you are just told the issue will be dealt with but are unsure what's actually going on behind the scenes. Another company abusing paying tenants. I left this flat cleaner than I found it, and it was agreed by safetydepositscotland that i was left in a cleaner state but still Belvior managed to squeeze £70 out of me for a professional deep clean..... They will try to take away your deposit for leaving a hair in the bathroom and fragments of fluff on the floor. Meanwhile they will happily let you move into the flat containing mold, just look at the pictures. Furthermore the agent Skylar confirmed on phone that there was no problems with the flat and only minior cleaning needed done and I would get my deposit back soon. I spent hours cleaning before moving out, would of lost all my deposit if i left it as "clean" as they had it when moving in. Be aware and get as many pictures and evidence and email transcipts as you can. They will try to take your money regardless.
