Tracey Allan dealt with all my enquiries and list of questions (of which there were a good few) with such detail and professionalism, I can’t see why you would want to look anywhere else, Tracey and her team are more than a business they prove and show that they really care. Tracy went above and beyond in helping buy this flat. From the initial viewing on her day off to the reams of questions asked (never sell to a house builders daughter!) She was amazing. We moved into a newly renovated house on 1st December 2025, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. All the paperwork was handled very efficiently and clearly, making the move-in process stress-free. Jemma was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout. She was always quick to respond to our questions and kept us well informed at every stage. The property was presented in excellent condition, clean, and exactly as described. Thank you so much Tracey. I saw a property on Rightmove on Monday that looked decent and within 45 minutes of calling Belvoir speaking with Tracey I was doing a viewing of the flat in Kirkcaldy. Within an hour I’d made an offer and within 2 hours had the offer accepted 🙏. Tracey showed me round the flat, talked me through the features and her attitude and enthusiasm won me over. Her knowledge and professionalism was impressive! I can be a hard marker, I manage sales teams…and Tracey was clear and focused. She asked questions and understood my needs. That’s how you close deals and sell things 👏👏👏. I have seen and bought numerous BTL properties and some agents have an inability to show they care and create no urgency. TRACEY however is super-efficient and after 5 minutes looking at the flat I felt I understood the property and I knew I wanted to buy it (on behalf of my brother). Part of the buying process for me is buying from people that make you feel listened to and valued. This process seamed daunting at first but Tracey made it feel exciting. When picking up the keys for our new flat, I felt as though I already knew Tracey as we had emailed and called so many times trying to make everything work.
