GoogleI have used Doran Kennedy's Agency for several years and they have always been outstanding. Professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Their market knowledge and communication are excellent, and I’ve always felt well looked after. Highly recommended!

GoogleI'm really disappointed with this agency. I applied for a flat and waited for about a week and called them almost everyday and didn't hear a clear answer. The only answer I got was "I'll check and call you back" and never did. They offered that flat to some other applicant at the same time while they meant to check my documents and answer me and when I asked whay I'm rejected, a woman on the phone said I'm not sure. Then I asked " when did you realized that?" She said "I don't know, Not sure." This is very disappointing and unprofessional. They should have first let me know that my application was not accepted and then offer that flat to other people. Anyway, the worst agency I've ever seen. because they even don't answer clearly.

GoogleI move to these guys after after a bad experience with another management company. The difference is like night and day. Jodie and Keith and Thelma are most professional in dealing with clients and tenants. If you are a landlord you just want no hassles and that is exactly what you get. If there is an issue they will sort it and advise and help you to get it sorted in the quickest and best manner. GoogleI have been a tenant with Doran Kennedy for the past 2 years and have always found the service to be exceptional. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with and provide a friendly but very professional service. During my time as a tenant I have rented two properties moving from a smaller to a larger one.The team at Doran Kennedy made my move feel completely hassle free and took away a lot of the stress that normally comes with a move.
