GoogleI had two estate agents come out, DK and Purple Brick. Purple Bricks didn’t seem as involved or interested when they visited the house.
I went with DK and from the start to the valuation with Keith great start, they organised all the viewings with text updates of dates and times of these. They would do the viewings and we could leave the property if we wanted.
We had an offer but this person had placed offers on multiple properties and turned out to be a timewaster DK dealt with quickly and got the next buyer moving forward.
DK was involved right until the end, helping with enquires about the buyer, the solicitor of the buyer and everything in between.
Would highly recommended DK, and thanks to Keith and Jodie for there help during the process.

GoogleCan’t recommend these guys enough, absolutely faultless from start to finish.
Our house went online on a Friday and was sold by the following Thursday. We had about 11 offers and they got us an unbelievable price. Keith took care of all our viewings and handled every detail with the upmost professionalism. Jodie was in constant communication keeping us updated the whole way.

GoogleI’ve been with Doran Kennedy for about five years now, and they’ve been absolutely brilliant managing multiple rental properties for me. They take care of everything, finding great tenants, sorting out maintenance, and keeping me updated without me having to chase anything.
What I really appreciate is how smoothly they handle maintenance issues. Any problem that comes up is dealt with quickly and properly, and the communication is always clear and friendly. It honestly gives me total peace of mind knowing everything’s in good hands.
They have helped in renovating and installing a new kitchen and all sorts over the years, at very good, better than market rates.
