Nikki at Fine and Country is, without a doubt, the most professional and efficient estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, Nikki went above and beyond to help us. As we were living abroad for the majority of the purchase process, she arranged and facilitated viewings for our friends and family on our behalf and was incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. She managed everything with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism, always responding to our queries and concerns promptly and making sure nothing was overlooked. Being overseas meant we needed someone who was not only able to guide us through the process, but who was proactive, switched-on and committed enough to genuinely drive things forward and ensure everything progressed as smoothly and quickly as possible. Nikki was friendly, approachable and consistently went above and beyond to help. Her dedication, attention to detail and excellent communication made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier for us. Nikki and her team were absolutely fantastic, and we could not recommend her highly enough. If you are looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares, takes ownership and gets things done, Nikki is exactly that.

If I could give ten stars I would! Our house was sold within two weeks, and it was not just through a Rightmove listing. The agents referred a client of theirs who had looked at a different property. This is proper estate agency; they put so much effort into genuinely matching buyers with properties and then supporting the onward chain. Nikki was our key point of contact. She is friendly, kind, and exceptionally good at her job. We faced a very difficult purchase, but Nikki kept communication open at all times and went completely above and beyond to hold the entire chain together. She made sure everything carried on moving forward, and I honestly do not think the sale would have happened with another agent. I have to say the whole team were truly fantastic. The service they provided was totally personal. Everyone in the office knew about our sale and purchase, which made everything much smoother and easier to manage. After a horror show we experienced last year with a colourful online estate agent, the difference in service simply cannot be overstated. If you are considering using Fine & Country Kingswood, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to all the team, particularly Nikki, Zoe and Claire.

We recently purchased a house in Tadworth through Nikki at Fine & Country and I would highly recommend. We actually had a viewing with Fine & Country initially for another house, and without us seeing the house online that we initially bought, when listening to what we were looking for, Fine & Country suggested we view a property in Tadworth. We immediately fell in love with the property, and wouldn't have found it if it wasn't for Nikki's recommendation. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, moving house can be a stressful period, but Nikki never made it seem like I was bothering her by constantly calling, and was always happy to help. I would definitely recommend Fine & Country, Nikki was excellent, and the rest of the team were always happy to help if Nikki wasn't available.

Unfortunately I can't recommend Fine and Country. We used them for a house sale in Kingswood and they didnt have our best interests. Nikki and Zoe were pushing us to accept low offers (note when we pushed back they would say - well you're going to lose this sale), they pushed us to accept a lower offer the buyer made a few months before the completion and then askes to leave the expensive curtains for free, they made a mess of some showings, they were calling the agents of the property we were buying and confusing matters to the point where we nearly lost out on our purchase. We paid about £12k to be treated badly. They were racist at various points in the process. We had agreed as part of the legal process what we would be leaving at the property and I got a really rude email from Zoe stating that we left rubbish. Those are what the buyer agreed to and that is a legal issue not a agent issue which they didn't need to email about (see attached). They made an already stressful process more stressful. In contrast to our buying estate agents who were a lot better at managing the whole process. Didn't address their mistakes in any part of the issues above. They don't respond to emails when feedback was sent. Turns out that Nikki and Zoe know the buyers hence why they behaved in this way. They refused to reveal their conflicts of interest.

My family and I have recently purchased a house through Fine & Country, although it wasn’t the easiest of moves from our side. We looked at numerous houses during the year through Fine & Country and I have to say, their service has been second to none. They were extremely patient with us, gave amazing advice, went above and beyond what was expected of them really, and I never felt like I couldn’t pick up the phone to them. Nikki has been exceptional - she was our agent and has been communicating with us throughout the whole process and always in communication with the other agents in the chain. Very open and transparent about expectations, timescales and the process and if I were to buy again (which we won’t be for a very long time I hope 😊) I would be calling her first. It’s not just Nikki though, as she works in a fantastic mostly female led team in the Kingswood office. Zoe is equally amazing at what she does and always has time to chat and help and also goes above and beyond. Kate also has kindly shown us about a million houses and has always been so professional and warm and also always happy to chat about our needs and she too went to great lengths to try and find us the perfect home. Together as a team we finally found the right property and that’s because they all took the time to get to know us as people and understand what we were wanting to achieve.
