GoogleCannot recommend as they lack professionalism and integrity. We had an issue with our sale. Emailed them and they still haven't responded. They are also racist and treat people differently.
We totally refute we have not responded in any way and to your accusation of racism and treating people differently. Your Sale completed in March this year, we have responded to your wife’s previous review and nine months on, you have reposted your old reviews and this is now verging on bullying and defamation of character. It is clearly designed to show our company in a bad light. If this continues, we will have no option but to instruct our Solicitors to take legal action, to stop this inflammatory and blatant defamatory reviews regarding our services.

GoogleUnfortunately cannot recommend Fine and Country in Kingswood. They are unprofessional and very hard to get hold of. They made a very stressful process, even worse. They need to improve their customer service significantly.
Please acknowledge, this is a fake review and we have never dealt with this person, Google have been informed and are investigating......

GoogleAbsolutely appaling work from Fine and Country Surrey. After more than one month they are still unable to speak with the landlord so we are getting our deposit back. Avoid at all costs, this agency has no control over their clients and will not help you.

GoogleI went to Fine & Country at Kingswood having had a less than acceptable experience with a previous estate agent. How I wish I had used F&C from the start of the process. Each member of the office was actively interested in the sale of my property so were able to assist with any queries. From the day Ben visited to value my home I felt in control whilst being advised. Zoe’s photos of my home were superb. Communication was excellent and my buyers were secured just 10 days after the sale went live. Problems did arise shortly before exchange of contracts, through no fault of mine or F&C, and without Carron’s professionalism, advice, guidance and calming influence, I don’t believe I would now be approaching completion in a couple of weeks. Anyone looking to sell there home should go directly to F&C, you will not be disappointed with the service you receive. GoogleI wanted to share a really positive experience I have just had with the Fine and Country team at Kingswood. We bought and sold through them, during the COVID-19 pandemic and they made the whole process as smooth as it possibly could be. They have a team approach, where the whole team visit your house, so that anyone in the office can deal with any question about your property, which is a great idea. They were extremely polite, professional, responsive and proactive and were a pleasure to work with. They were all lovely, but we must reserve special praise for Simon, who was a star.
