F&C have been excellent in helping us to sell our house. Zoe, Nikki, Claire are all top notch estate agents. Communication was excellent compared to all other agents we dealt with. They are totally on it & at no point did I feel I needed to chase for anything. My family and I have recently purchased a house through Fine & Country, although it wasn’t the easiest of moves from our side. We looked at numerous houses during the year through Fine & Country and I have to say, their service has been second to none. They were extremely patient with us, gave amazing advice, went above and beyond what was expected of them really, and I never felt like I couldn’t pick up the phone to them. Nikki has been exceptional - she was our agent and has been communicating with us throughout the whole process and always in communication with the other agents in the chain. Very open and transparent about expectations, timescales and the process and if I were to buy again (which we won’t be for a very long time I hope 😊) I would be calling her first. It’s not just Nikki though, as she works in a fantastic mostly female led team in the Kingswood office. Zoe is equally amazing at what she does and always has time to chat and help and also goes above and beyond. Kate also has kindly shown us about a million houses and has always been so professional and warm and also always happy to chat about our needs and she too went to great lengths to try and find us the perfect home. Together as a team we finally found the right property and that’s because they all took the time to get to know us as people and understand what we were wanting to achieve. They helped us sell a house we lovingly built in Kingswood. We first bought the plot through them 16 years ago (Steve Brown bravo!) and they marketed and sold the house this year after going through the whole journey with us from planning, to building and the selling when we wanted to move for personal reasons all over 16 years!
