Fantastic service from CJ Hole- The team at Kingswood are 10/10 both with knowledge and personality- From the moment they came to do the valuation we knew the right choice had been made and we wouldn't be looking elsewhere. We are a long way from the end of the process, but I feel comfortable knowing I have a great agency to guide along the way and push it all forward. EDIT 22/03- The sale has now completed and my initial feelings of CJ hole remain completely accurate- Kerry is an absolute asset to the team and was invaluable in helping keep the process moving, going as far as offering advice on our onwards purchase which was causing a few hold ups (not purchased through CJ hole). Our overall process start to end was under 4 months and this absolutely wouldn't have been possible without Kerry and the rest of the CJ hole team working as hard as they did. Thank you all!

I recently purchased my first home with my girlfriend through CJ Hole and we got really lucky with my first experience of estate agents. We worked with a few different members of the team from the Kingswood branch, and they were all fantastic. Booking the first viewing was easy and flexible, the agent who showed us the house was honest and relaxed and gave us lots of space to explore by ourselves. When we decided to put an offer on the house we spoke with a member of the team who gave advice on what figure we should start with but never made us feel pressured to follow their guidance. After we negotiated with the seller we were then put in touch with Kerry who we worked with through to when we got our keys. Kerry was brilliant. She advocated for us, chased the seller and the sellers solicitors when required, found ways to speed up the process like ensuring we were already prepared with completed tasks and paperwork before we were asked for them by the solicitors (which items from the house to keep, etc). We weren't in a chain which helped, but we had the offer accepted at the beginning of June and we have already moved in by the second week of September. We highly recommend CJ Hole, they are a really lovely and professional team. They responded quickly throughout, kept in contact, rang us for updates and any queries they had even when we hadn't reached out first which showed they were still active with our purchase even when all the paperwork was with the solicitors. We also arranged a few more visits to the house after our offer had been accepted, and it was never a problem or made to feel unnecessary when organising them. It was just overall a really nice experience, or at least as nice as it can be when buying a house!

Freya did a great job yesterday showing me around a property i was looking to buy. She was very professional and informed making a clear effort to point out the important points of the property while giving me space to make my own decisions. It was at the end of the day but she was patient and kind. After attending many property viewings in the last year this is the first time i felt well informed to make my decision. She provided the high standards i can only hope for every viewing. It's not just an everyday experience as most agents treat it, these are big decisions even at the cheaper end of the housing market so a kind and clear guide is essential. They did the job, tbh I was thinking of changing agents, when they found a buyer, it was more a case of tactics to change and initially I didn’t find their communication as excellent as they sold themselves on. However, I will say, once an offer was made communication was excellent and that’s when it counts. Kerry Jay was amazing, updates regularly and always available or called straight back to answer any questions. I used the solicitors they recommended Elite Law and the whole sell was completed in less than 8 weeks!! Admittedly there was no chain, but never the less this was quick and smooth team work! I would use CJH again

We decided to go with CJ Hole after recommendations from family who had previously used them and couldn’t speak more highly. CJ Hole in Kingswood took over selling our house when another Estate Agent had failed to sell it for 4 months. They sold our house in 3 days for the most we’d ever had offered. Everything went through so smoothly, they have a Sale Progressor (Kerry) who headed up communications between Solicitors and made sure everything stayed on track with our sale and purchase. They couldn’t have been more helpful with arranging viewings and re-viewings and offering us support calls as we were burned from our previous experience.
