GoogleLucie White & Co couldn't of made our stay any better. Friendly and helpful staff, quick responses, and overall amazing service. We had a 2 year stay in one of their properties and loved every minute, and whilst I'm gutted to leave them, I just wanted to give a massive thanks to everyone their for everything they've done. Lucie and Georgia are wonderful people, and no matter wat the issue always look to resolve it ASAP. Could not recommend more.

GoogleWe found ourselves in the position of becoming “accidental landlords” after a job offer abroad and so started to look for a letting agent to take care of our flat on a fully managed basis. Lucie was such an easy choice for us - from the moment she visited the flat I was sure that she was someone who would genuinely care for the property, rather than just seeing us as another file. She (and the rest of her team - they’re all great!) are always happy to deal with my never ending series of SFQs, explaining exactly what was needed from us and arranging all the necessary inspections and certificates. Our flat was rented the day it launched, and they achieved a really good price for us. They’ve made the move abroad a little bit easier and given us real peace of mind - absolutely recommended.

GoogleWe were tenants at a property managed by Lucie White for 3.5 years and had the most wonderful and stress free time. The staff are extremely caring, friendly and organised. All ongoing repair and maintenance work was carried out within a 24-48 hour notice. For self help tasks (something we could fix ourselves), the staff would not shy away from being available on WhatsApp video for guidance even at late hours or holidays. Finally, our check out process was fantastic, where we really felt like Lucie guided us through the process so that we could minimise any deductibles from our deposit. We doubt if we would have gotten this service from large/ established letting and property management agencies. Would highly recommend them!

GoogleLucie and her team are very professional. Lucie organised the refurbishment of my apartment in Kingston Upon Thames. As i live abroad i could not be on hand, but Lucie stepped in and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. Upon completion of the refurbishment, the team commenced the marketing process. They managed to re let the apartment within 2 weeks, at the asking price. I would highly recommend Lucie White Estate and Letting agents.

If anything goes wrong, be it be a blocked drain, the electric cutting out, a drafty door or a broken window, the problem is dealt with immediately and all solutions communicated along the way.
