It is hard to overstate how brilliant Oliver and Shaun at KFH Highgate have been throughout the whole process of listing our property to completion. At every stage of the process, Oliver and Shaun, and all the staff at KFH Highgate, made a significant amount of time for us and helped us through what is a typically an incredibly stressful process. Regular communication with Oliver, typically initiated by him, made this stress almost non-existent. When we were eventually under offer, Oliver recommended a service to help find a solicitor for us; both this service and our subsequent solicitor have also been excellent and we will continue to use the solicitor for our onward purchase. We have had very mixed experiences with estate agents in the past; KFH stands alone in the great care and respect that they have treated us with and made the whole experience of selling a property as exciting as it should be. I have recommended them to many people in the area who are thinking of selling and I will continue to do so.

GoogleI called to ask if a property had a dish washer. Their response was, because I called yesterday and asked if I can sublet a room, I can't rent that property. It was like I shouldn't ask them questions. Eventually, after I clarified I wasn't planning on subletting a room if they don't let me..., they told me they didn't know if it had a dish washer. I think they should about properties they've listed. Anyway, they didn't bother contacting me about the dishwasher, so here's a review from me 😂. 1 star.

Nicol Smith and management at KFH has been extremely disappointing. The maintenance manager has failed to organize essential property cleaning before our moving-in date, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, they have consistently postponed addressing both important and emergency maintenance issues, leaving us in a difficult and frustrating situation.Communication with the property management has been particularly poor. They refuse to acknowledge the problems we report, often speaking over us and diverting the conversation to lectures about manners rather than addressing the issues at hand. This dismissive attitude and lack of responsiveness are unacceptable and unprofessional.I strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice, as the maintenance management’s ineptitude and lack of communication make for an incredibly frustrating living experience
