GoogleWe have just rented a house in north Kingston from Gibson Lane, a process which has taken less than a week from my first phone call to them, to taking possession of the house, and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
I made an offer last Thursday evening, immediately after seeing the house, which is lovely and in perfect condition, and this was accepted by the landlord within an hour; by the next day the reference checking was complete. We take possession of the house tomorrow, Wednesday, only 6 days from first seeing it.
Rosie Jakob, the Senior Lettings Negotiator, is friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and highly efficient. The formalities were completed very rapidly,and with no problems.
I would recommend Gibson Lane very highly.
