TrustpilotOkay but not recommended.
They were good property managers, but there is a lack of communication between departments. Also, they have a tendancy to just forward emails from tenant to landlord - they manage admin rather than property. They recommend cleaners and then charge odd amounts for things that haven't been cleaned properly. They also provide costs without explanation or proof. Friendly but do not think.

GoogleI can only but recommend the staff of Featherstone Leigh in Kingston-upon-Thames. I was looking for an apartment in Kingston and the nearby area and everything went smoothly and quickly with the help of Rachel and other members of the staff. They use digital processes for signing papers and it saves you a lot of time. There happened to be an emergency issue with a lock once, so even if the apartment was managed by the owner who was unreachable at the moment, Rachel and her colleague came immediately for help and organised the rescue. Thank you for your job and keep it steady!

GoogleWhen i was considering applying to a Masters program and moving to the UK from the US, the most intimidating part was deciding where I would live. I would be living by myself and wouldn't know anyone. I emailed several different letting companies and the ONLY company to answer, be respectful, and truly make me feel like I was important was Sarah and Rachel at the Kingston Featherstone Leigh. They were patient, understanding, organized, and kind, professional yet approachable. Even with a 6 hour time difference and over 4,000 miles between them and I we were able to smoothly find an incredible flat which I love. They are truly one of the reasons I decided to come to the UK, and I could not be more grateful for them and the whole Kingston FL team!

GoogleI was a little disappointed with the initial valuation of my flat as other sources had quoted a higher figure. We compromised on a higher figure and in the event the property received an even higher offer. However, I was kept well informed of the progress of the sale. The purchaser and myself came to an agreement over the finer points of the service charge which we submitted to the solicitors to expedite the sale. Overall I was very pleased with the result.

GoogleWe have been highly satisfied with the professional services provided by the Kingston branch of FL. We let our apt through them for 11 years and they always found new tenants and dealt with any issues arising promptly and efficiently. We have now sold the apt through them and again have been impressed by the service. Matt especially has been extremely helpful and we would recommend this branch of the agency to all.

GoogleCan't really review them as such, but I do think my reasons for leaving this are reasonable. If you can't get the customer's (my) name right in any of the 4 e-mails you send, and all four of those e-mails had glaringly obvious mistakes in them, you can't really expect people to trust you with their money. Happy to say that I managed to avoid using their actual services, so I can't really review them as such.

GoogleThe service is an absolute joke. I phoned three times to book a viewing on a flat to rent. - each time I was told someone would call me back... and each time I left my number.... I never received a call back. I pity the people who own these properties, who are relying on this 'service'.

GoogleIt's hard to know who is going to be the best Estate Agent for you, Featherstone Leigh were my second choice, I wish I had made them my first, if I had, I would have saved time and money. The team at Featherstone Leigh were abolutely brilliant at every stage; photo's; promotion, viewing, communication, and most importantly co-ordinating all parties until completion. I would absolutley make Featherstone Leigh first choice.

The communication was excellent throughout the process of preparing, marketing and completing the sale. GoogleWe were extremely pleased with the quality of the viewings and the prompt detailed feedback received. They generated a lot of interest in an extremely tough market and as a result we achieved a good price for the property. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the Kingston side of New Malden. They succeeded where more local High Street estate agents had failed.

GoogleNot the best but got the job done. The agent on my first viewing didn't know anything about the property, so I had to arrange another one. Very poor with initial communications. Never received confirmations for viewings. Quite skeptical about being outbid by a suspiciously large amount on a property. Other than that they were reasonably helpful with my property purchase.

GoogleSimply unprofessional After making a viewing appointment, no one showed up, and no one even bothered to inform me of cancelling/rearranging the appointment. After some long calls, I was told that another appointment would be made, which of course didn't happen.
