I have recently reported a couple of issues and the property managers have responded quickly and sorted them out within a reasonable time. Staff working in the property management team and the contractors have been so far helpful, professional and friendly. One suggestion for improvemenr: having a dedicated phone line or chat, or access to an online form to report non-emergency issues.

GoogleWe just purchased our new house in London with Dexter’s. It only took 7 weeks from the first viewing to the completion. Great credits to Nikola, without whom we could never make it. She is so lovely, always answering phone calls and replying emails without any delay, even in the midnight!! We were a bit stuck on one document from the local authority. She coordinated with the two solicitors and made a lot of effort to Identify the problem and sort it out.
