Dexters Marylebone:A Regrettable Experience ZERO STARSDexters Marylebone not only failed in providing an acceptable level of service but, from my experience, they also exhibit scam-like behavior. Their primary focus seems to be on obtaining payment without any intention of delivering the promised services.Throughout my interactions, the only prompt communication I received was when they were pursuing payment. Outside of that, my numerous attempts to address concerns and issues were continually ignored. Ella and Emily, in particular, were two representatives who consistently promised to return calls, but never once followed through.Being ignored once or twice might be considered an oversight, but after being brushed off more than 50 times, it's hard to see it as anything other than a deliberate disregard for customers. This, coupled with their dubious practices, raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.I urge potential clients to think twice before dealing with Dexters Marylebone. There are far more reputable companies out there that value customer satisfaction over deceptive practices.

Way to pushy!

I chose not to use Dexters to sell my flat. The amount of hassle I got afterwards is unbelievable. I'm leaving this review as I just received yet another phone call asking if the sale has gone through. This is about the 6th call in 2 months, I have never replied any of them and they are still so pushy and disrespectful. Emails too! @Dexters - I just forwarded an email that I sent to our local Dexters for you.

Liars - complete disgrace.St John's Wood branch were selling a flat for my partner, found a buyer who was apparently ready to go, mortgage in place etc. After months of poor communication, they emailed stating the deposit was received and contract had been signed.However, this was found to be completely untrue. No response from the company, the agent is now apparently on leave, and no explanation from management. Months wasted and thousands in lost rent.Avoid at all costs and choose a professional company instead.

The team at Dexters Wimbledon are absolutely brilliant and have been superb in the sale of our house. Simon came out to do the valuation and he was always on hand to help with any advice needed (even down to schools in the new area we are moving!). Billy and Verity have ensured a fast and smooth transition, keeping constant lines on communication and have been really great to enable us to have a really smooth and quick exchange. I was in contact with Izzi and Sam the most and they were very helpful and professional. Sam helped me to chase the solicitor and it was a pleasure to be her client. She was always ready to assist.Deducting one star as I was referred to Leadenhall Law Group by Dexters and I went with their recommendation. The Exchange and Completion were completed on time however, my solicitor never replied to my emails, sometimes that would be for two weeks - even when I asked a question that was vital to my case (like what other information I needed to provide or what would be our time frame). At the end of the case, LLG overcharged me, they even double-charged some items on the bill, and when I raised that with them, they arrogantly told me I did not understand the bill, only to then admit they made a mistake and amended the bill (they overcharged me by approx. 700 GBP, quite a substantial overcharge on a bill of around 2500 GBP).
