Trustpilotstay away from them if you could
stay away from them if you could. The most unprofessional agent i have ever dealt with, no response in emails, not answering calls while team members clearly do not communicate. I had my flat on market by them and they would automatically confirm viewings at my place without notifying me in advance and warn me that they have my key if i am not around while i am extremely uncomfortable with it (and this is during covid time)

Since Natasha took over, we've never had to wait too long for any issues to be fixed/solved, at the very least, she lets us know what's going on and when we can expect some movement. She has managed the renovation of our kitchen and our contract renewals with minimum fuss. Her communication is great._
