It started when a friend's flat was passed to Dexters. I was dealing with this matter and met Christian Pengally the Lettings manager. He was cheerful and helpful throughout and even managed to get the owners deposit back despite the difficulties due to the tenant passed away. Will not hesitate to recommend him and Dexters.

My recent experience with Dexters Property Management in Kingston is good, in particular I find that Donalina Gargrupe has communicated well, sorting out minor snagging issues for my tenants at a reasonable fee while keeping me well informed. I appreciate her attention to detail and balanced approach. She is also negotiating with the council on my behalf on matters for which they have responsibility - not always an easy task!It is vital as a landlord to be able to trust the agents managing your property.

I recently moved into a property let by and managed by Dexters. One of the reasons I chose Dexters was because I thought I would be less likely to have issues with it being a larger company. However when I moved in there were a wide range of issues including mould, furniture that was supposed to be removed, broken appliances and blocked drains. Basic checks before I moved in would have identified these issues.

As a landlord, Dexters have been fantastic at managing our property, firstly recommending and securing a 25% increase in rent from last year; secondly in managing multiple repairs and a repaint in only a 6 day void period; and lastly in communicating all this despite time-zone differences. As first-time buyers previously missing out on properties to cash buyers, we had gone through the motions of dozens of viewings and offers. We were based overseas so felt we were taking a risk securing a property without actually seeing it ourselves. Alex was extremely accommodating in allowing family to view the property on our behalf.
