I am sorry for you experience with Andrews.We became aware of challenges with some customers experience and addressed these as quickly as we could with our conveyancing partner.These issues were exacerbated by a peak of demand in conveyancing during 2022, compounded by behaviour changes during and after Covid lockdowns. GoogleTony worked hard and showed a lot of persistence to get our sale done. He gave us a valuation that surprised me, never thought the house could be worth that much, and he got it sold for that much - despite the markets taking a tumble shortly afterwards (the Liz Truss debacle). Very satisfied with Andrews and with Tony in particular.
