We have been customers of andrews mordern branch for 3 years. We had a lettings issue and could only speak to the sales manager Brian who was available. Even though it was not Brian’s department, he went above and beyond to help resolve our issue. He followed up days after to ensure the issue was resolved. Brian understands how to treat customers and is the main reason we will continue to stay with andrews.

GoogleDo not rent with Andrews Worcester Park branch. Absolutely non existent customer service on the rental side. Phone calls and emails not returned. All questions, information requested pretty much ignored. We even went to the physical office and not one person from the rental side was there. To be fair the sales guy who was there tried to help but as not his area, could do no more than pass on yet another message! We were finishing our tenancy and ended up pretty much having to deal directly with the landlord, so waste of money on his part. Would love to give 0 or minus stars but not an option.

After signing the contract and paying rent and the deposit, I was told (2 days before I moved in) the flat was unsafe because it didn't have a thermostat and got told to live somewhere else until they got it fixed.

Incompetence of the highest level.Staff turnover is shocking which says it all.Be prepared to go into legal battle over negligence to get them to do anything.Do not buy a leasehold property if managed by Andrews.

I am a landlord that had links with Andrews for over 16 years. I just required a simple renewal/extention of an existing tenant contract (AST) with no change of tenants. Andrews increased the price of this by a staggering 360% in 2022 compared to 2021. Unjustified and greedy.
