Harriet is something else! From the very first contact all the way through to completion (and beyond!), she was keeping us fully informed at all stages. We recently purchased a property in South Hams through Harriet George. We viewed the property on the 16/03/22, had our offer accepted on 18/03/22 and completed on the 18/05/22. We were absolutely blown away with how quickly the purchase process went, this was only made possible by Harriet. Harriet is extremely well connected and knowledgable of the sales process, with a whole raft of contacts at her disposal to ensure problems and questions were solved. We went with the Solicitor recommendation who was equally efficient, not something I have previously experienced. I am not surprised to see that Harriet has a 5 star raiting on Google, Harriet goes over and above to ensure no stone goes unturned. I would wholeheartedly recommend Harriet. Communication was fantastic throughout the purchase, we were never left waiting for an answer or a call back that never came. Writing a review is not something I do as often as I should but both my wife and I were both incredibly impressed with just how well the purchase has gone. Harriet offers a service that cannot be faulted, a small business that offers a service that the bigger estate agents could only dream of. The flowers and card were a lovely touch on moving day, many thanks.

Five or six years ago my husband and I had a difficult property sale decision to make about a house in Salcombe. We asked the advice of a good friend who owned an important chain of estate agents in the Midlands. He said, “well there is only one answer to this - instruct Harriet and watch the skid marks!”. This was the best piece of advice we have ever had and I decided then that I would only ever instruct Harriet for any property sale. However, in September my husband was involved as an Executor for a sale in Kingsbridge. For this reason we obviously had to ensure that we were taking the best possible advice. I must admit that I was a bit concerned, as by now Harriet George was working on her own account and I wondered if she would have the same contacts and resources as she had when she was a Director of a much larger agency. So I phoned every Agent in the area, in each case I had to leave a message saying that I had a property in Kingsbridge for sale. Not one agent returned the call, but Harriet answered her mobile. She was extremely busy but agreed to accept the instruction. I need not have been concerned, the service she provides is, as ever, second to none. Calls are answered or returned within about 15 mins. She has wide experience and contacts, as she initially worked for a well known international London based agency before moving to Devon. Harriet has real drive and determination and is extremely resourceful when things, as they sometimes do, go wrong. In these extremely difficult times, the best tribute must be that the sale of this house has gone through successfully within three months of her accepting the brief - I think it might be a Covid record!PositiveProfessionalism
