I asked for Harriet's help and advice and received a most profesional and comprehensive service. She has deep knowledge of the property markets in the South Hams and especially for Salcombe and Kingsbridge. A lovely and professional woman to deal with. Highly recommended.

We cannot recommend Harriet George highly enough! We felt supported and included throughout the house buying process, and we found Harriet to be reliable and communicative, and a genuinely warm person to deal with. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the property market in Devon, and this was particularly important to us given that we were relocating from the Cotswolds.

We bought a property through Harriet George a few months ago. Harriet coordinated the whole process very efficiently, from viewings through to completion. She was highly responsive throughout and generous with additional advice, liaison and local knowledge. It all went without a hitch, so we recommend her without reservation.

I have just purchased a property in Kingsbridge through Harriet George. From my initial enquiry through to completion on Thursday last I received thoroughly professional, attentive and personal service from Harriet at every stage of the transaction. Her advice at key stages of the process was timely and useful. I would certainly use her again and have no hesitation in strongly recommending her should you be selling or buying in the area.

Harriet managed the sale of our property without any sort of stress which was the first time we have had this experience with any estate agent previously. She was always 10 steps a head of the game and there was never any need to chase for anything to be done. She knew the chain inside out. She was honest and reliable from the day she valued our property. If we ever sell or buy again she would be our estate agent of choice. Thanks for looking after us. 🙂

Harriet recently dealt with the sale of my elderly mothers property in Kingsbridge, Devon. She sold within a matter of days. Beyond the sale Harriet provided my mother with a level of personal service that you would not get anywhere else and she went over and above what one would expect from an estate agent with her support and care. I cannot recommend her enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We’ve been looking for a family home in the South Hans and Harriet has been fantastic in keeping us updated of new properties coming to the market, she is personable and understood our needs. We were on with 13 different agents and only Harriet kept in contact, having regular conversations and keeping us in the loop. We would highly recommend her services, definitely 5 stars!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Harriet was the only choice when it came to selling our beloved family home. She managed to quickly secure the best buyer for us and whilst she makes it look very easy she works very hard indeed to keep everyone happy in what is a very stressful and emotional time. She is without doubt the best in the business. Sam Danby

Harriet has been our principle property adviser in the Salcombe area for several years and has been invaluable in helping us to identify, purchase and subsequently sell various development schemes. Her market knowledge is unrivalled and is a real asset when considering the viability of an opportunity. She is always available when needed and offers far more than any other agents as part of her advisory service.

In business you require overwhelming expertise, and Estate Agents that have all the skills to manage for many the largest asset are rare to find: Harriet and the team are just that, experts. What makes the difference is the ability to go that extra mile - if Google gave 6* it would the score we'd give - just excellent having worked with her over three years, we can not recommend enough! A huge thank you for all they do...
