If you're going to quote the Governments guidance, make sure you know what your saying. If your company policy is not the same as government guidance, do not act as if it is and back track when you get caught out. This is a stressful time for all sellers and buyers at the moment, being clear and not trying to hide information from your potential buyers, is a big difference from a sale and a no-sale. Update: thanks Dale, for your reply. I understand the need to keep contact to a minimum, the disappointing part is hiding behind government guidelines, when it’s actually your companies policy.NegativeQuality

Darren and the team did a great job at supporting us when beginning our very first venture out of our family homes! Darren provided me with all th e information I could need and was more than happy to answer all my pedantic and extensive questions I had an it nearly everything. He was kind and friendly, very approachable. Once moved in he was more than happy to take my calls for further questions and my own confusion, and happy to confirm any details with the landlord about gardening work, painting and nails! Additionally, he worked quickly and helpfully, when we needed a tap fixing and Amy did a great job at helping us further with this, when the plumbing company didn’t get back to us

Derren (lettings negotiator) - honestly, shocking lack of professionalism. Came across cold, dismissive, arrogant + patronising. For someone in a customer facing role, I dont get how on earth he thinks he can speak like that. A good agent should build rapport with both sides but he was tactless instead of diplomatic. Wouldnt recommend this agency unless they hire staff with actual people skills. His attitude has totally put me off using them again for anything in Kings Lynn

Many thanks to Millsopps, and especially Darren Ling, for making moving home an entirely painless process for me and my housemate. Darren made us feel completely at ease when viewing the property and let us have a look around by ourselves before having a chat with him afterwards, in which he was very informative. We decided we would like to submit an application for the property that evening, and the following day Darren informed us our application was successful. The process that followed was extremely efficient and, again, painless, having viewed the property on Monday, we picked up the keys the following Friday. In the interim, Darren stayed in contact and was happy to answer any questions I had which I had not thought to ask on the day of viewing. Overall, it has been a really great experience.
