I cannot recommend Newson & Buck Estate Agents enough! Erika dealt with my purchase and was nothing short of exceptional. She chased matters before anyone else, was proactive, pleasant, polite, informative, and totally professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I always heard from her with updates before anyone else. Even though my purchase didn’t go through in the end, through no fault of theirs, their support and guidance were outstanding. If I were selling a property in Kings Lynn or the surrounding area, I would not hesitate to go straight to them. Their marketing is top-notch, up-to-date, and really mesmerising. They are the new way of selling houses and I’d say they set the standard for everyone else.

In the 6.5 years of being a tenant of theirs, I can honestly say they have singlehandedly put my faith back into estate agents. Steve and Darren were always available to help and always came up with solutions to any queries or issues. The whole team were always very polite and easy to talk to. Great experience buying our first house through Newson and Buck. Met with Renae at our first viewing and Ash at our second. Erika kept us informed throughout the 7 months when our solicitor didn’t and was always able to answer any questions we had, no matter how stupid they were. If it wasn’t for Erika and all of her help chasing things through, we would have pulled out of the purchase as our solicitor wasn’t helping at all. I asked Dale to sell my house for me…. He came round and created a very professional brochure showcasing my property. Renae completed all the viewings and is a breath of fresh air…. Both Ash and Seb were fantastic from coming to value the property to selling the property to getting it over the line. I dealt with Darren and the team in Kings Lynn and couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. I was very rushed with changing jobs and had to get my move done quickly. Millsopps were more than accommodating and helped me with every single question I had with very rapid response. Super friendly, very business like but casual which is very hard to find that perfect balance.
