Hello Anne, Having checked our system we've had no dealings with anyone by your name and beleive you may have posted this on the wrong 'Watsons Estate Agents.' We are a Nottingham based agent, and looking at your location, we can only assume your review was meant for the Norwich based estate agent by the same name, and of which we have absolutely no connection to. Could we kindly ask you remove the review from our profile? Thank you
