GoogleOur house had numerous viewings within days of Watsons being appointed and we received offers on the property before it was even advertised. As we lived remotely to the property being sold Watsons managed the viewings and were very organised and efficient when the offers started to come in.

From your review comments I get the impression this is heavily based on the fact you are still awaiting a response from the previous owner (via us) regarding some items that have been left in the loft. Lucy has tried the previous owner several times but her number isn't connecting. Lucy has also emailed her asking her to contact us urgently, so please be assured we haven't just 'washed our hands' of this issue because the sale has completed and the bill has been paid. Every customer we deal with is a future potential customer, and being a small family business our reputation plays a crucial part in or success. We aim to offer an excellent service at every step of a sale & purchase and always welcome feedback both positive & negative. Having reviewed your file, I note that we achieved a sale within just two weeks of marketing, that regular feedback was provided, that we assisted in your own property search and that throughout the sales process, we kept you fully up to date right up until the day you moved. I would have hoped that the service we provided from your instructions to market your home - right through to completion, was worthy of a higher review score, but completely respect your opinion nonetheless.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation to the day of completion, nothing seemed too much trouble for the team at Watsons. Great marketing and photographs got us viewings within days and we achieved the price we wanted swiftly after. Post-sale was excellent too, and they made the whole process very smooth. We will definitely be using them again.
