GoogleEmailed about a viewing for a property. They got back to me to say sellers were doing their own viewing . No one got back to me so I emailed again . I then called them to get told it was only weekend viewings and that was it . I said that I work weekends and said that's when viewings were . What has happened to people selling houses arranging viewing when suits buyer
Hello Liz, we are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the viewing arrangements in some instances we have to work around the vendor’s availability. We work 7 days a week and try our very best to accommodate viewers and vendors diaries.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Donald Ross and we were delighted to be able to accept an offer within a week. The service that we received was first class and we would highly recommend Donald Ross. At the start of the process, Callum Gott came to our home to conduct a market appraisal and valuation. Callum's help and assistance from this meeting right through to when the home was sold was fantastic and invaluable. Additionally Adam Reid completed the negotiations for our sale and he was also very helpful and done a great job. We spoke to many of the team members at Donald Ross over the phone and can't thank them enough for all of their help.

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Donald Ross within a week of it hitting the market. I felt I had to write this review to give credit to a very professional hard-working team within the Kilmarnock branch. From the first meeting to the last they have been exceptional. They are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions you have and support you throughout your full journey providing expert advice. Im so glad we chose to go with Donald Ross they have been first class (the media team and photographers are also amazing in showcasing your home). You wont be disappointed!! Barry G

GoogleVery unprofessional staff with little communication skills! Tried to insinuate that myself and partner were responsible for not securing a house, because we did not follow up a viewing the previous day by us contacting the estate agent, giving feedback. I have not known an estate agent who did not follow up a viewing on behalf of their client.In addition, we were not giving the opportunity to submit an offer or to better the offer already accepted! Poor service! Thank you for your reply! I initially contacted your company by phone on Monday morning asking if I could view a property. After your initial reply indicating that you could not contact vendor, I waited until the following mid-morning for a response, after no response, I decided to contact your office again.The information regarding preferred viewing times apparently was not known to your staff member, although all my details and viewing preferences were confirmed at initial phone call. In addition, your email confirming said viewing had the wrong date. At no time did you contact me after the viewing by phone or email. I appreciate your indication of your busy workload but you have sadly failed on this occasion below your apparent high standards.
I refute your statement above, there is not a single unprofessional member of staff within Donald Ross Estate Agents we are in the top 3% of estate agents in the UK awarded to us by Rightmove. Mr Clark you called the office yesterday afternoon on the day after your evening appointment at a property that has had 23 viewers in a few days, we call/email EVERY viewer for feedback throughout the course of the following day and we work each night until that job is completed. However, if a viewer is of a mind to make an offer for a property of their choice the normal course of action would be that the viewer would either a) contact their solicitor as soon as they are open to make an offer or at least note interest in said property or b) call the agent as soon as possible to make a verbal offer. You did neither, and another viewer took that course of action and secured the house they wanted. As I advised you on our phone call, the market is moving so quickly if you like a property then let the agent or your solicitor know as soon as you possibly can. Best regards in securing your next property.

From organising the photographer, the brochure, the Home Report, arranging viewings, showing prospective buyers round, it was all seamless. I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleSlightly disappointed to find out that house I had advised Donald Ross Kilmarnock I was interested in was sold without a return phone call and after leaving two messages! Only found out when I checked listings on Rightmove. Not very professional despite all the great reviews.
