From the 1st visit to our property from Callum Gott to daily updates from Andrew Rae the service I received was 1st class. Both Andrew and Callum were friendly, kind and helpful. Andrew called me daily with updates and supported me every step of the way. Any time I called the staff answering calls were very pleasant and helpful. My property sold very quickly and everything was organised in a professional manner. I have dealt with D Ross several times in the past and have always been very happy with the service received both in lettings and sales.

My wife Susan and I really enjoyed working with Adam Reid and Team at Donald Ross Estate Agents, Kilmarnock during a prolonged search for property during our recent relocation from Northumberland, North East of England. Unfamiliar with the Scottish home purchase system which is very different from the other side of the border.
