We recently sold our property with Donald Ross.  We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from start to finish.  Callum Gott came out to value our property and provided in depth knowledge surrounding the process and the current market value around our area.  He was very pleasant and friendly and was always available via email or telephone.  The sales process was made so simple and we were kept up to date every step of the way, our house sold within a week above home report value. Callum also offered advice on our onward purchase leading to a successful offer at closing. Thank you so much again to everyone within the Kilmarnock office would highly recommend Donald Ross.

Just didn’t do their job…

I have phoned the office today to highlight our concerns. A pattern of not contacting the tenant - who were happy to liaise with the agent - and the final irritation of a booked appointment at the premises was not undertaken by Donald Ross Residential. This was an inconvenience for the tenant and failing to contact in this case was a poor show. The contact with the reception staff was generally a welcoming and good experience, but the failure to communicate effectively and undertake the task at hand means a OneStar review is appropriate.

Very professional service and could not fault it. From customer services to sale was an all round positive experience. Helen in customer services responded to every question promptly and made me feel comfortable at all stages of the selling process. The photographer was really good and the pics made the house look amazing. The house was on the market for a week, 2 viewing slots over 2 days and sale executed by end of it by Claire. Have recently sold with Donald Ross and was impressed with the staff and service from the beginning. Tracey was very ambitious about what sales figure could be achieved from the property and we were well advised as to how to show our property off in the best light. Both Tracey and Claire helped us with viewings and we were able to secure an offer within two weeks. All staff were very good to deal with on the phone and by email.
