Thomas been really helpful and super easy to contact during the whole process!! If you have been renting, you would know how hard to contact an agent and wait very long time for a reply. This never happens here with Thomas help. He also have video tour ready that is very true to the actual property.

FacebookI've found North Property Group really difficult to deal with. I contacted them in July for help with an issue I am facing, I'm still waiting for a response. I've been promised 3 call backs, but have received no call. Really frustrating, I'm having to explore alternative avenues/escalations now.

I cannot fault the service and support offered by NorthProperty Group both from the initial sales negotiation handled by Lucas Summers and then with the support of Kate Varley, the aftersales manager , who has ensured that the legal process around the exchange has run smoothly and that any issues that might. have arisen have been quickly resolved
