Amelia at the Leeds branch was great! I had some problems in the last minute that meant the inspection time we had agreed needed to be changed in the last minute, but she was super accommodating, and always answers any questions I have promptly and comprehensively.

We have been very happy with the service provided. We have sold or are in the process of selling 3 properties each of which have been marketed promptly and even when one sale fell through they quickly found another buyer. Kate, Tim and Oli have always responded quickly and efficiently to phone calls and emails. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for both sales and rentals.

I have never used this company for any of my purchases or sales, but I keep receiving emails from Sophie Hadley requesting to see a copy of my memorandum of sale. Either this is a phishing attempt, or they are chasing the wrong person and will not cease emailing.
