This is a review for Paul Stack and Company based in Abbeyfeale, we bought a House in 2004 from Maurice Stack. When we went to sell the House in 2020 we went back to the same great Company to sell the House for us. The sale of the House went through without a hitch due to the professional manner of the team at Stacks, we cannot praise them enough for their help in selling the House, Great team, we hope to do Business with them again in the future. Many thanks again to the team at Sherry Fitz Abbeyfeale. MADELEINE AND Tom

We had a 5* experience on sale of our house by Sherry FitzGerald McCreery Kilkenny. From Marcella, front of House to the negotiator John Doherty, the level of dedication and professionalism of the whole team made the experience very pleasurable. I would highly recommend McCreery’s Team for any of your future business.

I appreciate that the basics were delivered, but the process lacked a sense of care or attention. It felt more like I was going through a system than being supported through a service.

Placed an order and then there was no further update from the agent for over a month.I called them for update then the agent called back and ask what can they help me???After the call they asked me to increase the offer, it is totally fine but should be more proactive. Will not consider them in the future.

Residential House Sale

Ed Reilly came to value our home in anticipation of us going to market. After our first meeting with Ed it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current market so we did not hesitate to appoint him which transpired to be a great decision. Not all sales go smoothly , however with a calm and problem solving approach the sale was completed. Ed was fantasic to deal with , always promptly returning my calls and handing any issues with the utmost professionalism as did his team in the office. For any future purchases or sales we may endeavour on within Eds scope area there would be no one else we would choose.

We highly recommend Sherry Fitzgerald Kilkenny. Jennifer Walsh could not do enough for us during our purchase. All questions and queries were answered extremely fast and professionally. We have delt with other estate agents but Sherry Fitzgerald Kilkenny are by far the best.

Unprofessional - never stick to commitment

I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.

Sale Of Property

I was very pleased with the full suite of services offered by Sherry Fitzgerald. Everything was very professional and to a very high standard. The valuation I received was realistic. I was kept informed through the showings and the sale process and given regular feedback by my agent. I would highly recommend them as a real estate agent.

DISGRACEFUL SHERRY FITZHaving purchased a property from…

Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from, and asked would they be interested in marketing our property, only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld, traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS
