Chelsea in the Newcastle under Lyme branch made the whole process very easy for me, and as stress free as possible for me. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

From the start of finding a new home Michael (from the crewe branch) made our whole experience really straightforward. He let us know via phonecall or email the next steps and let us know when they were complete .
