GoogleHannah at Nock Deighton was brilliant. Towards the end of the process of buying a house it gets quite stressful as everyone is waiting for bits and pieces. But Hannah was always friendly and chased up solicitors. She helped push the process through. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have been a tenant with nock Deighton for 11 years and in that 11 year I have had on going issues with repaired to the property that never get fixed in the lasted issue I have had to get environmental health involved three times because they do not do repaired on property first issue 1 electric in garage was all working in the garage until nock Deighton sent electrian in to check electrics which the man that came said to me he could not understand how the garage had not blown up cause there were live wires showing which yes the electric man did make safe but know I have been left with no electric what so ever in garage apart from one socket which the electrian put in because I had a chest freezer in garage know nock Deighton have said which I have proof in a email from Natasha collier that it is not part of living quarters so they will Not be re connecting the electric in the garage 2 I have had to wait over two years for plastering to be done on the property and to this day I am still waiting 3 mould and damp issues that I reported two years ago still have not been sorted 4 a boiler which the controller on the wall is not working and faulty which I have email with proof from Natasha collier saying that cause my boiler is working they will not be replacing which nock Deighton had a grant to put a new boiler in due to the Benidorm that I claim 5 roof tiles which have broken and fell of roof which I reported over six years ago still have not been done 6 garage doors which they replaced but the wood they have used have shrunk and got told by nock Deighton just to put a sheet up on the inside of garage doors to cover the holes were the wood has shrunk 6 The ceiling in the front room is all cracked and it’s only a matter of time before the ceiling falls down and got told to just pair over it 7 wall in my sons bedroom are all wet and the wall paper is starting to bubble 8 small bedroom mould on window sills due to condensation 9 myself and my son have asthma and know I have just been diagnosed with c o p d due to the on going issues with this property so if you are thinking of renting a property from nock Deighton don’t bother I have got proof of all the issue that I have mentioned so feel free to contact me and I’ll will show you the proof so you have not have to put up with what I have for the last 11 years and before people say why have I not moved out of property wish I could but can not afford it as being on benefits the way they have left me to live with my two children and one of my children has got learning disability’s is a disgrace and with some of the issue that I am still living with at present I would not let a dog live in because it is that bad

However, as you are aware from the continuous correspondence with you since we took over the management of your tenancy six years ago, the comments you have made are factually incorrect, several repairs have been carried out and contractors have been refused entry for others. He was so helpful and friendly and to be honest probably quite patient as I viewed a few and each one had a few visits to be sure. He really was amazing even meeting with me out of his working hours to accommodate my availability, cannot fault him. And Ash from property management made the transition so easy for me with all the paperwork, so professional and quick to respond to any questions or queries I had. GoogleWhilst we did not use Nock Deighton Kidderminster for the sale of our property, I was contacted by Jonathan when our house was taking time to sell. He was very professional in his approach, and he did not try to force a change of agents during the conversation, but managed to put across how Nick Deighton might be able to help if we continued to struggle to sell. He reacted positively to my wish to stay with my existing agents for a short while longer, and politely asked if I would mind a return call the following month, which I was happy to agree to. True to his word he made contact and was very happy to find that we had actually sold in the meantime. I was impressed with his overall approach and would be more than happy to recommend his services.

GoogleFrom my initial contact with Charlotte at Nock Deighton, her efficiency and professionalism has been 10 out of 10 for the sale of my property. I was in the market for a very quick sale, within 24 hours the property was up on Nock Deighton's website, Facebook and the usual property sourcing sites. In addition to the quick marketing, her experience and back book of purchasing clients were contacted in tandem. Fees are extremely competitive which was surprising considering the level of service I have received. Hannah who manages the branch was also amazing as were any of the other team members I have spoken with. I wouldn't consider any agent in the future - thanks to all.
