I recently started renting with Nock Deighton. I can not fault the service I have received throughout. I recently had my first property visit with Heather. I was a little apprehensive as I’ve never rented before and I didn’t know what to expect. Heather was very personable on her visit and came across really friendly. She took lots of notes and we had a pleasant conversation. I had a minor maintenance issue which she looked which was fixed within a week of her visit.. I would like post a review regards a particular staff member Heather Lammas. Heather has been doing my 6 monthly property inspections for the last few years as per my tenancy agreement. Heather is always punctual and cheerful. Heather carries out her visits in a professional manner and goes above and beyond always following up repairs that have been reported to ensure they are actioned. Heather is very personable and takes an interest in how you are. I would highly recommend Nock Deighton for their efficiency and good communication. I hope Heather has the recognition she deserves for being outstanding in her role

I needed to sell a property near Kinlet in the Wyre Forest during Lockdown, and as I do not live in the area, Nock Deighton Estate Agents were recommended to me personally by an auctioneer and house clearance specialist. I was impressed by the professionalism of their website and the fact that they are an old, well established firm in the area. The information about costs and commission was transparent and it was clear that this Agent was up to speed with both online marketing and local marketing as well as having an informed understanding of the local property market. On contacting them by email and telephone, things got moving very quickly thanks to the personal attention I received from Athina Morse, who was assigned to manage the sale of the property. Everything, from initial visit to assess the property; publicity and marketing and arranging viewings took place promptly once I had agreed to contract Nock Deighton to manage the sale. Athina contacted me regularly by phone to keep me up to speed with progress and to consult me about details of the sale. My emails and queries were answered promptly and I felt very confident that the sale was being managed professionally and well even though I could not be on hand to liaise with the Agents and buyers personally. The sale successfully completed and I have no hesitation in recommending Nock Deighton to others wishing to sell a property in the areas covered by Nock Deighton.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Offer accepted & Sale agreed. Paid for ID checks and did our upmost to provide all documents outstanding, even went with the recommended solicitor. Once all of this was done we were notified via email that our the vendor had decided to go with another offer that had swooped in after our offer was accepted. Appreciate these things can happen but no phone call to deliver this news, just an email. Reason being was it was better to digest over email, which I couldn’t understand. Considering the house purchase process is stressful enough, I found this extremely unprofessional of the branch and how this was handled by the office manager. Waste of time. Kidderminster branch.

I have rented a lot over the years, but renting with Nock Deighton has been an absolute pleasure. Maintenance has always been handed quickly, and communication is excellent. Inspections have always had plenty of notice, and staff attending have always been friendly. A special thank you does go to Natasha, however. She has been so professional and patient with us. I am a very anxious individual but she has always been very sensitive with me, especially during stressful times. She explains things clearly to my partner as well, who is new to renting.
