Our experience with Nock Deighton was extremely positive throughout. Unfortunately our initial sale fell through so in effect ND guided us through two sales - we found them to be thorough and proactive in the advertising process - they continued to actively market our property rather than just rely on sales platforms to do this for us like some agents. They were effective in the negotiation stage and really worked hard to ensure a smooth and speedy transition through the conveyancing stage. At all times their communication was honest and reassuring. We would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Indeed a few friends have swapped to them after having negative experiences with other agents and all have been impressed at the level of service. Well done Hannah, Charlotte and Daisy!

Nock Deighton have been amazing throughout the whole process of buying my house, from viewings arranged by Mia, to deciding to put an offer in through Tom, to then being passed over to Ashleigh Dunn on the sales progression team who has been professional and efficient at all times. From the moment I instructed Nock Deighton, Kidderminster to sell my house, I did not regret it. Erica was friendly, professional and reassuring and then Coral took over as my main point of contact. She kept me informed and updated, I never had to chase her up and every phonecall I had with her (there were many) was a pleasure. Throughout the whole house buying process, the staff at Nock Deighton were the only people I dealt with who made me feel like they cared about me and my personal situation. They bent over backwards to see my sale through to completion and despite a few difficulties towards the end thanks to the chain I was in they took it on as their personal mission to make sure my house sold. Coral contacted me in her own time during the evenings to make sure I was kept in the loop and everything she said she would do, she did. An absolute credit to the company and to the industry. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others. Couldn't have asked for more!

I selected Nock Deighton to manage an apartment block for me after an exhaustive process, I believed they would be a good partner to work with. That belief has proved to be absolutely correct. It is not often I am impressed with service in business dealings and Nock Deighton are impressive. They have managed my block for almost two years without fault, we have built an excellent relationship, they are very strong communicators and I truly believe they are looking after my tenants very well indeed. Dawn Clarke is the Director with outstanding experience and insight. Natasha Collier manages the tenants with skill and expertise (although she does not like spiders which means post tenant cleaning has to be spot on!) and Tracey Jones is always quick to respond and efficiently manages maintenance for the tenants. I have confidence in Nock Deighton and they are a pleasure to work with.
