GoogleI have to say renting a house privately can be a minefield but with the great team at Nock Dieghton and especially Victoria Rashleigh it’s a pleasure. Nothing is ever too much trouble. GoogleI have nothing but praise for Hannah at Nock Deighton Worcestershire. My sale was somewhat tedious and long to say the least, and all through the process she kept me updated regularly and made me feel at ease when things were a bit shaky. I have no problem recommending Hannah to handle the sale or purchase of your property. Also thanks to Ryan & Charlotte who were also instrumental and make a fab team.

GoogleI have recently sold my house with Charlotte. From the very start it was a professional but warm and friendly experience. I was always informed and updated and I honestly feel like I was able to sit back and relax whilst Charlotte managed it all. Hannah was exceptional too and having dealt with other estate agents they really are head and shoulders above the rest.

GoogleI selected Nock Deighton to manage an apartment block for me after an exhaustive process, I believed they would be a good partner to work with. That belief has proved to be absolutely correct. It is not often I am impressed with service in business dealings and Nock Deighton are impressive. They have managed my block for almost two years without fault, we have built an excellent relationship, they are very strong communicators and I truly believe they are looking after my tenants very well indeed. Dawn Clarke is the Director with outstanding experience and insight. Natasha Collier manages the tenants with skill and expertise (although she does not like spiders which means post tenant cleaning has to be spot on!) and Tracey Jones is always quick to respond and efficiently manages maintenance for the tenants. I have confidence in Nock Deighton and they are a pleasure to work with.

GoogleHannah Tolley from Nock Deighton has been exceptional to deal with assisting with all queries related to our sale which has not been an easy process on lead up to stamp duty deadlines and hesitant bottom of chain solicitors and estate agents. She is very knowledgeable about all matters relating to conveyancing and has been particularly helpful throughout .

Matthew made the process from calling to arrange a viewing to putting an offer forward on our chosen property an absolute breeze! After having a very tough year of failed purchases for various reasons it was refreshing to witness great customer service and top notch support via email and phone. GoogleI recently started renting with Nock Deighton. I can not fault the service I have received throughout. I recently had my first property visit with Heather. I was a little apprehensive as I’ve never rented before and I didn’t know what to expect. Heather was very personable on her visit and came across really friendly. She took lots of notes and we had a pleasant conversation. I had a minor maintenance issue which she looked which was fixed within a week of her visit.. GoogleI would like post a review regards a particular staff member Heather Lammas. Heather has been doing my 6 monthly property inspections for the last few years as per my tenancy agreement. Heather is always punctual and cheerful. Heather carries out her visits in a professional manner and goes above and beyond always following up repairs that have been reported to ensure they are actioned. Heather is very personable and takes an interest in how you are. I would highly recommend Nock Deighton for their efficiency and good communication. I hope Heather has the recognition she deserves for being outstanding in her role

GoogleI needed to sell a property near Kinlet in the Wyre Forest during Lockdown, and as I do not live in the area, Nock Deighton Estate Agents were recommended to me personally by an auctioneer and house clearance specialist. I was impressed by the professionalism of their website and the fact that they are an old, well established firm in the area. The information about costs and commission was transparent and it was clear that this Agent was up to speed with both online marketing and local marketing as well as having an informed understanding of the local property market. On contacting them by email and telephone, things got moving very quickly thanks to the personal attention I received from Athina Morse, who was assigned to manage the sale of the property. Everything, from initial visit to assess the property; publicity and marketing and arranging viewings took place promptly once I had agreed to contract Nock Deighton to manage the sale. Athina contacted me regularly by phone to keep me up to speed with progress and to consult me about details of the sale. My emails and queries were answered promptly and I felt very confident that the sale was being managed professionally and well even though I could not be on hand to liaise with the Agents and buyers personally.
