I’ve rented a few different flats through various agencies, and the service from Nock Deighton was genuinely night and day! The team really goes above and beyond to help, and they make you feel genuinely looked after. Everyone is so friendly and approachable. Recently I bought a house advertised by Nock Deighton and I worked with Pema. She kept me regularly updated and was always happy to answer any questions I had. She really made the first-time buying experience a lot less stressful and scary! If I ever need to work with an estate agent again, I’ll definitely be going back to Nock Deighton. Thanks again! :)

Charlotte from Nock Deighton came to value our house and we were very impressed. She and the firm seemed to offer a personal touch, alongside a thorough and professional service - not too big but with a breadth of expertise etc. Staff worked extremely well as a team, which meant we had confidence when leaving messages etc. As well as Charlottte, we were impressed by Hannah, Olivia, Karen and especially Daisy, who drove through our sale. Daisy was brilliant! Pleasant, patient and persistent in dealing with the below chain, which was far from straightforward. We particularly appreciated the way she kept us informed throughout the process. I have no hesitation in giving Nock Deighton five stars and Daisy, too!

Being only the second property I have rented, Nock Deighton have been pretty awesome from the start, and if anything, made me realise what poor service I'd recieved from my previous agency/landlord. From the initial viewing with Heather to completing the application process and getting the keys with help from Millie, it couldn't have been a more stress free and straight forward experience. Since moving in there's been a few maintenence tasks that needed reporting and thanks to my correspondant Victoria Jones they have all been addressed quicly without any delay, providing me with any info and updates along the way, top job from her, thanks Victoria! I approached Noch Deighton after my freezer broke down. I couldn’t find the link to report the maintenance issue. I called Noch Deighton and spoke to Victoria Rashleigh. Within minutes I was emailed the link. I reported about my freezer. Within a couple of days it was confirmed someone would be round to check on it. My freezer has now been replaced by some very nice staff at ‘Patman’ who also tidied up and took my old freezer away. During the past 6 months we have sold two properties through Nock Deighton’s office in Kidderminster. The first property had been on the market for many months previously with another agent, without success. During that time, we received several proactive and professional contacts from Nock Deighton that impressed us with their knowledge of the market and their evidence of a list of prospective purchasers. We decided to trust our gut feeling with a pre Christmas soft launch with Nock Deighton and even without social media marketing or an entry on any of the usual house sale apps, they secured many viewings as they had assured us. In fact we had several early offers. Even after we accepted a full asking price offer, Nock Deighton continued their full support, ensuring that contracts were exchanged expeditiously and all enquiries and issues were managed quickly and quietly. Nothing was too much trouble. We complete on this sale later this week and even now, they continue to support us. Based on this experience we trusted them with the sale of a second property which sold in a matter of days, with an offer above asking price. I would like to give particular credit to Hannah Tolley who is never too busy to take calls, clearly has a positive relationship with other estate agents and solicitors alike, and is able to mitigate problems through careful explanation and negotiation. It felt like we were Hannah’s only client. I have no doubt that without Hannah and her colleagues in the Nock Deighton office at Kidderminster, the sale processes would have been more stressful and taken much longer. We would have no hesitation of using Nock Deighton again.
