Hi James, I have spent the past hour trying to locate your relationship with the company... I've checked all vendors, landlords, purchasers, tenants, viewers and portal enquiries and cannot find any contact matching your name. I would welcome a phone call or email please to advise what has caused your dissatisfaction, only then can we improve our service. Sarah.
