GoogleAs a seller I would not recommend as I offered a higher price for a property and wasn't interested. Very confusing
Hi Wayne, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Following this review I called you and your complaint verbally was "that I won't tell you what people have offered so you can better this". Estate Agents can't legally tell you how much the other offers were for. As I explained on the phone the vendor has already accepted an offer. However, if you would like to make an offer on the property in question, we are legally obliged to tell the vendor of all offers up until exchange of contracts.
