GoogleExcellent service from Peter, Martin and all the team whilst selling our property with Your Move Williams Rose. It was a long sale process due to unforeseen issues with the property we were purchasing but Martin kept us updated and informed throughout the sale and we felt reassured that they were doing all they could to help things progress. We also received excellent service from them when we purchased our original property so it made sense to use them again when the time came to sell. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleWe used your move williams rose to sale our house in what was at beginning of year a bad time in the housing market. .They are very helpful and were always available to answer questions that we did not understand and they would always ring back if they were busy .Martin did most of the viewings and was able to get it sold at asking price .Peter katie and kevin were also always available for advice and everyone made the buying and selling process a lot less stressful.we would use them again if we ever had a property to sale Thankyou to you all on helping us buy our dream home and for guiding us through the buying and selling process

GoogleWell what can we say. Your move is the most amazing, best estate agents you could ever use. We felt so deflated when we couldn’t get a big mortgage and these guys gave us hope and they helped us so much in buying our first home. Now we have the most amazing house that we will make so many happy memories in and it’s all thanks to your move. We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents and have found some to not be personable at all - these guys it’s so different, so down to earth. They really did go above and beyond. GoogleWent to a viewing and the agent was extremely rude. I asked politely if I were able to bring a pet into the property (as it wasn’t listed in the advert) and was told I should get rid of it as there would be no place in Bristol that would allow me to rent with a pet. I found a lovely landlord a week later and have now lived in this house for two years with no damage to carpets/walls etc.

Despite one of the sales being a little complex the service we received was excellent, friendly and efficient often going the extra mile to get the jobs done. GoogleBeen with Peter and his team since 2009, find them proactive rather than reactive. If they don't know the answer to a question they say so and then try to help or advise where I can get the answer. They explain things in simple easy to understand terms and ensure all parties understand at each stage of process. Would highly recommend them
