GoogleFrom our initial contact with Your Move in early January right through to the day we finally moved into our new home at the end of September they have always been warm and friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area and housing market. Your Move were not at all pushy but were assertive and moved things in the right direction when needed. Our sale/purchase was probably one of the more complicated Your Move have dealt with but nothing seemed to phase them and even though they were acting on behalf of a vendor we felt they were invested in us as purchasers too. Our house purchase was very stressful but through no fault of Your Move, in fact they were more than helpful and our dealings with them was certainly one of the more straightforward parts of the process! We strongly recommend using Your Move to any buyer.

GoogleAbsolutely Terrible service. We were stood up by them on a viewing in which I rang them for the woman to tell me reasons why we would be unsuitable for this property. Despite having been in thier keynsham branch and speaking to them on the phone discussing the property and other details previously. Absolute waste of our time why not just tell us in person before making plans letting us turn up, wait around and then tell us we can't have this place and there not there. Hope no one else wants their time wasted and choose to use a good estate agent.
