TrustpilotAnthony Roberts did an outstanding job…
Anthony Roberts did an outstanding job on our house sale. The first buyers pulled out suddenly and they put the deal back together with a second buyer straight away thus keeping our chain intact. They did all of this in the teeth of a recession, with interest rates rising and confidence in the housing market falling. Our agent was Simon Welford who was a gentleman and consummate professional throughout. Big love.

TrustpilotPositive, professional and a pleasure to deal with
We just wanted to say thank you for the superb job Antony Roberts did with our recent property sale in Twickenham. After marketing the property previously with other agencies who struggled to generate both footfall and offers, we were impressed with both the suitability of candidates and the speed with which a good offer was produced by Antony Roberts. It felt like it would just be a matter of time before they introduced the property to the ideal buyer, and so it proved. From instruction through to completion, the St Margarets team's energy and local market knowledge gave us confidence we were in good hands throughout the process, and imbued us with a sense that our property and its sale was as valuable to them as any other on their books. Happy to recommend!!

TrustpilotExceptional and Professional
I don't normally leave reviews tbh, i had to in this case as Anthony roberts are simply on point with everything. no matter whom i spoke to, it was simply pleasant. Their professionalism in communication, the all around commitment makes one feel at ease. i have to particularly thank Jo lacey (tenancy manager) for making things of ease. her pleasant character, the outstanding professionalism gives one a warm feeling. The company is bar none the most profound i've come across in the 20yrs of property sales/lettings. i'd like to thank everyone and wish them continued success.

The team at Anthony Roberts in Crown Road St Margaret’s are great, friendly, efficient always making the calls working hard to drive things along. We gave Catherine a list of what we wanted and miraculously she found us exactly what we were looking for and here we are all moved in! Not easily done in this area but she made it happen. 👍👍

TrustpilotAntony Roberts is like family
I approached Antony Roberts in March 2019 when I desperately needed a suitable place for myself and family. They were very professional and got me a place within days. As estate agents there were always on hand to attend to my needs promptly. I couldn’t have had any great agent than Antony Roberts during the pandemic. Service was exceptional. Information flow was on point. Thank you Antony Roberts and the great team. Will choose you over and over again

TrustpilotKim and Stephen - most professional and efficient agents we've been through (previously at…
Kim and Stephen (previously at Jardine's before the take-over) were professional, trustworthy and efficient- in stark comparison to most other agents we have been through. We let our property through them for 5 years; before that I had let another property for 18 years through multiple agencies and they are the only ones I would recommend without hesitation.

TrustpilotFirst Class
Fantastic experience. The initial engagement took the time to understand my requirements; properties sent through all matched my spec; viewings were hassle free; agreeing terms was prompt and professional; and the paperwork and move in procedure were both very efficient. First class from the team at St Margarets, thanks a lot.
Thank you Richard.. We hope you enjoy your new home!

TrustpilotExcellent service
I have used Antony Roberts for both the rental and sale of my property and I have been impressed on both counts. Matt especially, is someone I would highly recommend as he works over and above the usual role of an estate agent, trying to ensure situations are resolved quickly with an outcome that works for all parties. Therefore, when recommending estate agents in the Richmond area, the team at Antony Roberts are definitely the one I would prioritise.

Highly recommend! My partner and I recently bought our first flat through Simon Welford at Anthony Roberts in Kew. Simon proved invaluable in securing our offer, ensuring progress with both solicitors, and meeting our desired exchange and completion dates whilst keeping us updated at all stages. A really positive expeirence.
