Sold my house through Henderson and connellan. Genuinely can’t fault them. Dealt with everything fast, effectively and professionally. My solicitors were pretty poor throughout the sale, slow and hard to get through to. Henderson and connellan’s Emma glithero really helped to keep things moving and got the sale over the line. She was a brilliant link between seller, buyer and both sets of solicitors, indispensable.

Henderson Connellan took on my house and sold within the contract time. Their staff in the Kettering office were extremely helpful and very professional. Any queries I had were answered in a timely manner and whenever I wanted an up date on proceedings they got back to me within the same day. I have dealt with many estate agents in the area previously and was surprised at how professional HC are, thanks guys.

My Daughter recently purchased her first property which due to the Conveyancing solicitors took an unacceptable time to complete. Not a good experience for her but the one good thing that came out of it was the intervention by Emma Glithero. Becki, my daughter, felt that Emma fully understood her frustration and made every effort to get things moving. Couldn’t praise her enough!!

From the beginning Henderson Connellan were helpful and pro-active in finding and securing our new home. We were unfamiliar with the area and relied on their judgement and expertise in interpreting the specification that we gave them. They acted promptly and decisively at all times and kept us fully informed through the whole process. What could have been a stressful time went smoothly from beginning to end. Highly recommended. I have rented a cottage in Cranford from Henderson and Connellan for 10 years on December 1st 2016. In that time my husband and I have always had the most help needed, repairs dealt with quickly. The letting industry is very fast moving now and it is so nice they have kept that friendly approach. Thank you for finding us a long term rental in such a pretty village
