H&C have always been our first choice for both selling and buying... they have been integral in our journey on the property ladder from our first home to our family home. Having let a number of properties over the years, I can say without hesitation that Henderson Connellan are the best of them all. They have found suitable tenants quickly and have managed them effectively over the past three years. Not only that but their fees are very reasonable considering the service that they provide. Any problems are resolved quickly and any repair work has been completed to a high quality using local approved contractors.
