I found my experience with wards faversham top quality and also a mention to Gary as he was the person who helped me and my girlfriend buy our first property. Both me and my partner didn’t really know how much was actually involve when making such a big investment and felt it was very confusing. Gary made it very easy to understand the process and stages we have to go through. We met this person a year ago when trying to find a property but unfortunately, we chose the wrong house with another provider. Recently we have had Sam Killick out to our house to value the property. I cannot express enough how grateful we have been for his support and professional manner. He has acted in our best interest throughout. Even when terminating our contract due to my partner now being self-employed and unable to port our mortgage, he understood what this meant to us, and he still asked if we were okay and offered other options. Following my initial meeting with Sam we received calls from all over our suggested areas looking for a home for us. He is productive, empathetic and to meet him during such a sad time, he provided us with a glimpse of hope!
