GoogleWe listed our house with Wards under difficult personal circumstances mid last year. Holly came to value the house and was really professional and understanding of the situation, putting me at ease with the process from the start.
Jamie was my main contact and ultimately sold the house a few months after listing. He was integral in the final few weeks before exchange, acting as a middle man between myself and the buyers when we hit some big snags in the process. He always called me back when he said he would, passed on messages and kept me updated. On a personal level, he’s also a lovely and genuine individual.
